Agreement

By using ÇekSat you agree to these Terms.

The service

ÇekSat provides AI-assisted listing copy, including a title, description, tags and price estimate, based on photos you provide. Features may change as we improve the product.

AI output is advisory

• Listings and price estimates are suggestions, not guarantees of sale price, legality or accuracy.
• You are responsible for reviewing content before posting to any marketplace.
• You must comply with marketplace rules and local laws for items you sell.

Acceptable use

You must not upload illegal, harmful or infringing content; attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer or overwhelm the service; or bypass usage limits.

Subscriptions

• Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled through Apple or Google.
• The free tier includes limited generations. Paid plans unlock higher limits subject to fair-use caps.
• Restore Purchases recovers valid store entitlements on the same Apple or Google account.

One-time listing credits

• Optional listing-credit packs are consumable, non-recurring purchases.
• A credit is used only after a listing is generated successfully.
• Credit packs are not subscriptions and do not require cancellation.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitalCheff is not liable for lost sales, listing rejection or damages arising from use of AI-generated content.

Termination

We may suspend access for abuse, unpaid or invalid subscriptions, or service misuse.
